I've been running nightly on my ARMv6 phone for a really long time now, updating almost every day for a few months. Also in the options I have had the "Nightly health report" option checked since I installed it. However when I go to about:healthreport it still says "Looks like your Firefox is brand new!" and doesn't have any data. Why?
Of course, right after I file this I discover the "see the information we record" link which shows the raw JSON data. However I still think this is unintuitive because based on the text on the page I would expect a more human-readable version of the actual data to be shown alongside the descriptions of the data fields.
