Description:
When the user attempts to change their device's tethering settings, the header for the section appears truncated.
Setup Steps:
1) Settings > Language > Nederlands (nl-dutch)
Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri device to v1.4 BuildID: 20140421000201
2) Settings > Cellular & Data > Tethering settings
3) Observe that the 'Tethering settings' header is shown truncated as 'Tethering-instellin...'
Actual:
'Tethering settings' header is shown truncated as 'Tethering-instellin...'
Expected:
'Tethering settings' header is shown without truncation
