User taps Calendar App and sets alarm for Calendar Event for one day before. If the Event is for April 23 and the current date is April 22, the alarm tone sounds oddly. Rather than the traditional single tone on the Buri (donnnn!), for Tarako the device vibrates/beeps twice then a tone resembling a hiccup two beat tone (don-donnn!). It's very subtle but reproducible every time. Verified settings for Tarako and Buri mirrored one another as keypad for sound was both at five bars and each sound setting matched between Tarako and Buri during testing.

Prerequisites:
Have either an offline or imported Calendar with a saved event for April 23, 2014 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140422014001
2) Tap saved event and change the reminder to one day before 
3) Tap Done


Actual:
There is a somewhat significant delay (10-12 seconds, in comparison to the Buri 3 seconds) before a double-vibrating-beep is heard from device and the hiccup double tone heard with the slide down notification appearing in the notification bar of the event

Expected:
Single tone heard prior to display of the notification appearing in the notification bar of event in a comfortable time window.

Repro rate: 10/10 = 100 percent

This issue does not reproduce on 1.3 Buri. Following the STR in Comment 0 does not present the stuttering audio behavior. Single tone heard prior to display of the notification appearing in the notification bar of event in a comfortable time window, within 3 seconds.
