Description:
In Japanese the 'new voicemail' string is truncated in the notification pull down bar

Pre-requisites: Device Under Test (DUT), another phone (Device A)

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140421000201 and change the language to Japanese
2) Device A: Call the DUT and leave a voicemail
3) DUT: Pull down the notification bar and view the 'new voicemail' notification

Actual:
'New voicemail' string in the notification pull down bar is truncated

Expected:
'New voicemail' string is displayed correctly
