DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
Go to 8 tracks (Music on line) to play music but no sound
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
Pre:MS network is good
1.Enter 8 tracks app,tap a music to play-->Music is playing but no sound-->KO
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
KO:Playing music have sound

Click the Music collection in homescreen, then find the app named 8tracks Free Playlists.
I test Youtube Music and it can work well.

The 8tracks app on the marketplace can play music fine on my Peak 1.4. Any more info about the device? Might be a platform issue.

I tested on TCL device and another device not from TCL, and the issue happens on both.

Is the phone updated with the most current Build? Because Louis and I have both been unable to reproduce it. Can you also tell us exactly which phones you're testing on, please?

I tested with Mozilla build ID:20140422024003 and the latest version for V1.3 on our side.
Do you have a soul3.5 device from TCL? Maybe you can have a try?

Lingling, you mentioned 2 devices where music doesn't play. Does 8tracks work on any device you have?

No,I tested this app on our V1.1 and V1.3 devices, and Geeksphone with V1.3 for comparision. The app plays music without sound on these devices.
I see the log in attachment 8417004 [details]:

I visit http://m.8tracks.com/mixes/3567223 on my PC with different browers, and cannot hear any sound.

Works for me, my guess is it is due to some network problem in China. close as INVALID, please reopen it if you can still reproduce it under a free network environment
