STR

1. Go to http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/mediarecorder/
2. Setup a stream for media recorder by file by doing:
** File: Pentagon_News_Sample_ogg_video_audio.ogg
** File: video
** Mime Type: video/mp4
3. Start playback for each set of media controls
4. Start recording
5. When playback finishes, playback the recorded video

Expected

The video should playback.

The video fails to playback - I get the error "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt."
