101647 - graphical smiley/emoticon missing in Message Display pref panel

Description

[sairuh (rarely reading bugmail)]

couldn't find an existing bug for this, but pls do dup if needed.

go to the Message Display panel in the Preferences dialog.

observe: in "Display emoticons as graphics. For example, display ':-)' as
<graphical smiley>", the graphical smiley is not displayed.

this is a problem in both the trunk and branch, on all platforms, and in both
modern and classic themes.

an odd regression.

not a problem with 6.1 RTM bits...after chatting w/nbaca, it looks like the
problem occurred sometime btwn the 8/31 [where the graphical smiley is present]
and 9/5 builds [where the graphical smiley is missing].

This was caused by hewitt's checkin to bug 97487.  The imported CSS files for
pref-viewing_messages.xul were changed but the definition of the .smileface
class never was moved to the new files.

Taking as I have a fix for this.
