accepting bug.

step 1 is to find out how they are doing this in the browser. (I haven't seen a
"busy" cursor yet.)
Whiteboard: [PR1]
I think we need this for PR1, so I added a note to the Status Whiteboard
Target Milestone: M11 → M14
moving to m14. not a beta stopper.
Status: ASSIGNED → NEW
Should we leave this bug open, or file new bugs on places where we should get
the stopwatch cursor but don't? Other cursros in the window, like over the
splitter, look fine.
Perhaps we should figure out where we need the stopwatch.
Priority: P3 → P2
The B1 stopper here is to have the stopwatch cursor for opening/sorting folders.
CHanging the bug summary to reflect that.
Keywords: beta1
Summary: [FEATURE] Cursor changes for 3pane → [FEATURE] Stopwatch cursor for folder load/sort
Whiteboard: [PR1]
Putting on PDT+ radar for beta1.
