I don't really know what to think of this myself, but it seems that in order to be able to raise money to aid in the development of Mozilla, mozilla.org may have to become an independant entity from Netscape, AOLTW, etc. This bug is being filed to serve as discussion regarding such a possible split.
Assigned to self; accepting. Bug 111392 is in regards to donations for mozilla.org, so I am 99% certain that it would depend on this bug. But IANAL... Love to hear from one on this though.
