[RTL][Flame v2.2 & v3.0][Nexus 5 2.2 & 3.0][Notifications]The ellipsis of an alarm name(LTR) which is too long is shown at left side of text at notification view when the alarm rings.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Launch Clock.
3. Set an upcoming alarm with long LTR name.
4. Wait for alarm to ring and observe the notification view.

4. The ellipsis should be shown at right side of text.
