Copying tabgroup in bookmarks results in a folder, not a tabgroup

In Managing Bookmarks, when selecting + copying a previously saved tabgroup and
using Ctrl-V to paste the item, the result is a Folder consisting of the
components of the tabgroup, not a tabgroup. Copying a tabgroup entails keeping
the tabgroup intact.
Hugo, I am unable to check this at the moment, can you confirm this isn't just
when copying into a folder within the Personal Toolbar folder please (which is
bug 134853)
and what version of Mozilla are you using? and is it from the 1.0 branch or the
trunk?
thanks
ok, I got a build that lets me copy and paste bookmarks and I too am seeing this
on Mozilla 2002051306 (1.0 branch), Windows 2000. and it happens anywhere within
Bookmarks not just Personal Toolbar

1. Right now I have these moz. versions:
1.0 RC1 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417
1.0 RC2 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510
1.0 RC2 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020513
Debian/1.0rc2-1
Mozilla 1.0.0+ Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020511
Debian
with (1) I can't paste at all with "Manage Bookmarks" nor with the Sidebar
with (2), (3) and (4) any pasting of the group anywhere in the Bookmarks results
in a folder.
That has been confirmed by somebody else, I saw that float by.
2. (1) and (2) I got from the releases branch
I can't be sure where the Debian packages came from, but (4) is called "CVS
snapshot" so
that has to be from the trunk, I think.

After landing of the bookmark branch it results not in a folder anymore, but in
a strange thing that looks like a bookmark but has no location etc.
I was just about filing a bug on this, but I think this bug report can be
recycled for that problem. The summary should probably be changed, though.
cc'ing Jan Varga who (partly) did the bookmark branch (Pierre is already assignee).
