User Story
When debugging a site with a service worker, I want to see the currently registered workers and their installation state in the debugger, so that I can debug their javascript execution.
Testable on: https://mdn.github.io/sw-test/
SWs are currently not listed at all in the new Windowless Worker Debugging feature that landed with bug 1520698.
Follow up on bug 1231208, which will fix the e10s integration of SWs.
