Details

Seen in both mozilla and PPEmbed with trunk build done 08/10. Click on the up or
down arrow of a scroll bar. The arrow hilites but no scrolling happens. Works
with modern skin from same build.
Severity: normal → blocker
Same on MacOS 9.1 Build 2002080908
I'ts seems to be a focus problem, when i click some where in the page, it works.
I never see hilite
