Details

Currently, there is no UI Pref for assigning a proxy server for my connection to
the Internet. I am behind a corporate firewall and the only way I can access the
Internet is through a Proxy. There needs to be a UI to specify my proxy server.

Open your pref panel. Look at Advanced->Proxies. This is basic...
