I am using this to track bugs that continue to appear in the release notes. I 
am assuming the relnotes are drawn from a common base, and that these bugs 
exist there.

Dawn -- I will fix these bugs against the current release notes. Can you see if 
you can get them fixed in the future (they reappear every release, so if there 
is a base used to create them, can you fix them there?)

I know there are more of these bugs around here... I will find them eventually 
=)

Owen is taking QA for "repeating relnote" bugs. Sorry for the spam; search for
the previous string to find and delete these messages.

Note:
When I fix a repeating relnote bug, I will mark [fixed-on-base] in the status 
whiteboard. This implies the bug is fixed on the base release notes. When the 
bug itself is marked FIXED, it is fixed on all release notes, both the current 
notes and the base.

A plea for help: Join me in the extermination of these bugs =)

"base" sounds like a branch point or a starting point.  Might make better sense
to say "trunk"

Please do! As per justdave, any bugs marked fixed-on-trunk have relnote fixes
patched up on the base notes and will be fixed in the future. If you want to
help fix them in the current notes, that would be _wonderful_.
