I checked in the patch from bug 192555 and wrongly gave this bug # in the
checkin comment.

BTW, while the patch in bug 192555 does some other good, this problem was
actually solved by bug 165268. With that, cookies are no longer written out only
when exiting the program. They are also written out during the session from a
timer task.
