Instead the browser asks for action (open with external app or save to disk).

target=_blank works for static images but not PHP.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to URL above
2. click "bozzs nissan avatar"

Actual Results:  
popup window prompts for action (choose external app or save to disk)

Expected Results:  
displayed picture in new window

server delivers the image as:
  Content-disposition: atachment; filename=bozzs nissan avatar.jpg

this is an intentional bug in vBulletin

dupe of "vBulletin header uses 'atachment' instead of 'inline' for
Content-disposition when viewing image attachments"
