Details
This is the master bug for making the account manager asynchronously reflect
account changes into RDF.
This includes:
- adding/removing accounts
- changing of account attributes, like the account name

Fixed! The account manager is now hooked up to RDF asynchronously!

Verified Fixed.
- Changing of account attributes in the Account Setup dialog are working.
- Different problems occur after deleting and adding accounts but these specific
issues are logged in separate bugs such as bug# 26413)
