When recieving an e-mail with attachments there is no icon for the attachment
showing. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail & News
2. Click on an e-mail with attachment
3 [review]. 

Actual Results:  
No icon is shown for the attachment

Expected Results:  
Showed an icon indicating what kind of attachment it is and therefor indicating
what program that will open it.

This used to work in the CFM-build and also works on win32-builds.

Confirmed using FizzillaMach/2003030703. Icons are shown by FizzillaCFM 1.3a.
This is a CFM-Mach transition issue.

This also seems to be a problem when teh user is sending attachments with
Mozilla Mail on Mac OS X  - the email recipient gets no usable MIME type info
and must choose an application to open the attachment with.

This has been seen with Mozilla 1.3 release on 10.2.4
