It appears that some type of refresh isn't working correctly as the bar is uncovered. On the mail window - the "clear" and "view" buttons' outlines can be broken up too. All of the buttons in the "search messages" window can be broken up too. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Move any window over another, slowly or erratically and view button outlines 2. 3.

Upon more testing - the Classic theme doesn't have this as every button/box seems to be recessed (not affected). The Modern theme has the problem - jpg attached.
Reporter mailed: -- "gateway laptop - geforce 2 to go It has had no display problems with any other tool - windows or linux. I'm going to try the linux bits out on this box next."

Just tested the current 1.3 branch for Win with all three themes I have - all work just fine (i.e. no hashing of the button outlines). Linux tests are next (today's 1.4 and the current 1.3)
