When there is a filter that moves some incoming messages into some folder, Inbox
folder is not marked as having new mail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a filter that moves arbitrary messages to any folder.
2. Receive new mail.
3. See as Inbox folder view is not changed.

Actual Results:  
Inbox folder have new messages but doesn't look like this. But when you select
this folder, it becomes bold, indicating that it has new mail.

Expected Results:  
It should be marked as having new messages if it really so.
I see the sane behaviour with 1.3. 

The new message icon appears in the task bar (Win XP Pro), but the Inbox in Mail
and News is not marked. 

Actually, this only is valid for my second POP account. My first POP account
works fine. Therefore it is quite annoying, because I often overlook emails in
my second account, since I only notice them once I click on the Inbox.
I can see this behaviour in all my mail accounts, working in various OSes
(Win98, WinNT, Win2000).

Very annoying when you have more then one email account (I have 6).
Duplicate of bug 195827?
Yes, it dublucates #195827 bug, but with a minor correction: that bug's summary
states that "filtered mail isn't visible in the mailbox window", but actially
*unfiltered* messages, that stays in Inbox folder, are not marked. But I think
we are not losing a sence.
