Expected Results:
Copy and pasting a folder should create another folder
What I got: Instead of a creating a copy of this folder, I get a bookmark item
that is created.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Bookmark manager or Bookmarks sidebar panel.
2) Select any bookmark folder displayed
3) Right click on this folder and select copy from the contextual menu
4) Select paste from the contextual menu
5) Bookmark item is created rather than copied folder

Related to bug 144238? That one changed its behaviour after the bookmarks branch
landed, so a non-functional bookmark is created after pasting a bookmarks group.

Pierre, I didn't want to extract it, since Chris already tested all the changes
together.

readjusting summary since i encountered this with copying and pasting tab groups
(per comment 4).
