when you select a calendar and goes to edit calendar, igf you previously
published your calendar or checked "publish changes automatically", then you
won't be able to uncheck it without deleting your calendar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. publish your calendar (i was using ftp publishing)
2. uncheck "publish changes automatically"
3. return to this calendar properties: the checkbox is still checked

Actual Results:  
the checkbox is still checked

Expected Results:  
uncheck the box and stop publishing automatically.

I've seen this behavior on both Win2k and XP.  I can reproduce it everytime in
the way the original submittal describes.  However, on Win2k step 1 seems not to
be necessary.  I can reproduce it without publishing, the checkbox is always
checked once the calendar is created (published or not).

additionnal and related comment : Mike could you verify your application of the
patch for http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=211446. It seems that
some files has not been modified (at least localCalDialog.xul has not been
modified).
