Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page where you need a password, fillin the Username & Password inputs,
2. OBSERVE - Password Manager pops up and asks whether you want to remember this PW;
3. Click "No";


Actual Results:  
4. OBSERVE - The dialog is not dismissed, it remains on top

Expected Results:  
The password is not remembered, the dialog is dismissed.

I've never had that problem. WFM Win XP 20031029 Firebird/0.7+.
As an example, borrowing a URL from another bug:
http://www.linuxgames.com/news/feedback.php?identiferID=2881&action=flatview
When I enter details into the form at the bottom of the page and click
"Preview", it brings up the password manager dialog. If I click No, the dialog
vanishes and the process continues.

David, have you tried running it with a fresh profile? Either trash your old
profile, or start the profile manager (see:
http://texturizer.net/firebird/faq.html#profilemanager). Please let us know if

What happens if you accept the prompt? Does it still stay? This just seems
similar to the double-prompt bug.

Confirmed in official 10/30 Win32 build, WFM in MozJF's 10/31 gcc build. 
Probably fixed by the fix for bug 224222.
