The scrollbarcorner area is white in native Aqua apps. We should do the same
for native mac scrollbars. See also bug 30579.

i landed the theme change for camino, the toolkit change still needs to be
checked in.

I landed the change in toolkit.
Just for future reference, the toolkit partition is now open for anyone to check
in approved patches.
