IMAP version of bug 226769. I think subscribeImapFolders.label should be changed
for the same reason as subscribeNewsLink.label was changed, also to maintain
consistency.

Verified FIXED using 2004-06-06-09 on Windows XP.

The text now say 'Manager folder subscriptions'.
