Animated display of clipped image is not displayed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use the .eml attachment to construct an email composition
2.send it to yourself
3.

Actual Results:  
The clipped image contents are not seen

Expected Results:  
The image dynamically expanded

This worked fine prior to latest Thunderbird build
I think this may be due to bugfix
