In Thunderbird 0.5 an option to setup Movemail account had been introduced to
the account manager. 
Here is a screenshot from Thunderbird 0.5:

In Thunderbird 0.7rc this option has disappeared.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Thunderbird 0.7rc
2. create a new account
3. try to select 'movemail'

Actual Results:  
There is no more radio button 'movemail'

Expected Results:  
There should be (as was in Thunderbird 0.5) three radio buttons, one of them
'movemail'.

Interface had been introduced to Mozilla by Bug 107833 and Bug 212804.

This should fix the problem. We weren't packaging movemail.

the movemail account option is present in recent linux tbird (aviary1.0, at
least) builds, so verifying this.
