when adding a download with a long filename, the download window doesnt resize
meaning that the 'ok' and 'cancel' button will only display the top bit (less if
filename is longer or doesnt even display if name is too long)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.find a website with downloads
2.try to find a download with a long filename (20+ chars)
3.see download window
you mean the window offering open or save, right?
