Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a window and load google.
2. Open another window and load http://members.shaw.ca/lucx/
3. click: Install Charamel 1.0.6 for Firefox
4. You see, 'To protect your computer, bla bla'--> edit options.
5. click cancel or ok.
Actual Results:  
The first window gained focus, and the box (Allowed sites) didn't close.

Expected Results:  
Second window should have kept focus and the box (Allowed sites) should have closed.

When more than two windows are open, you have to press ok or cancel multiple
times (go through all windows).
