when selecting text or slowly moving another window over the page the background of the body changes and has repaint problems.
i will post a screenshot and a minimal testcase

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
select text on the page (or slowly move another window over it)

Actual Results:  
the background of the page will change and look broken

Expected Results:  
no change at all
