Build ID: 2000062608 1. Launch NS6 2. Switch Preference from default Modern Theme to Classic Theme 3. Click on the mail icon in the lower left hand corner to launch Classic mail client 4. Open an email 5. Click on the Delete button from the Navigation Toolbar Results: Clicking the Delete button does not delete the open email.
Jaime - we can't reproduce this. Does deleting mail work for you in the modern skin? Are you using IMAP or POP? Do you have a Trash folder?
Q1 - Jaime - we can't reproduce this. A1 - What build are u using? I still find this to be reproducible in Build ID: 62808. Q2 - Does deleting mail work for you in the modern skin? A2 - Yes, I just reproduced the same bug in the Modern skin and the latest build Q3 - Are you using IMAP or POP? A3 - My POP Earthlink account Q4 - Do you have a Trash folder? A4 - Yes. In fact, this time around I opened an email from my Trash folder. The email opened in a seprate window (as designed). Clicked on delete from that window. Result => No action. However, deleting the email from the trash folder works fine. (Note: Until I install a later version of the application, in which all my mail which i had previuosly deleted from the trash folder on the day before build returns back to th Trash folder).

Met with Jaime. The delete button works if you are on the main mail window and try to delete the message. But delete won't work if you if you double click a message to open it in a standalone window. I can now reproduce this problem on 2000062908 build on NT4 too. Thanks Jaime!

Delete currently doesn't work from this window. I don't recall if there's a bug on this but the idea was that when delete occured we'd do the delete and then shut the window.
