5563 - {feature} Undo/Redo menu items should dim after operation

using 4/26 build of apprunner on Wind 98

1) launch apprunner
2) launch editor from Task menu
3) edit some text
4) Pull down Edit | Undo
5) Undo works, but when you pull down the Edit menu again,
   Undo menu item should be dimmer, this not available to use
    again unti a new edit or Redo operation is done.

happens on all platforms.

Change summary. You're talking about menu items, not buttons. I don't think
menu item disabling is possible now. M7.

Fix checked in. There are still issues where we are wrapping the text sometimes
when we should not, and with wrapping and linebreaks, but this particular bug is
fixed.

QA, you need to test this on all platforms, and use some tool that lets you
verify that CRLF-line terminated data is being sent to the server.
