If you log into e.g. www.sfnb.com and, for example, set up a bill payment,
the forms manager will ask whether you want to remember the values for the form.
Unfortunately, if you say "never for this site", it just remembers not to remember
that particular URL (which is, I think, dynamically generated and non-repeating
anyway). Something more like "Never for this domain" which would forbid
remembering for any url inside sfnb.com would be very useful, and more closely
correspond to the case I usually want for "never for this site".

Of course, one might need some way of specifying what you mean by this domain
(or there could be just an advanced button that let you specify which part of
the URL to block remembering for
(.com,.sfnb.com,vault.sfnb.com,vault.sfnb.com/foo ....)
