78322 - Mail is listed twice under tasks menu when navigator window is closed

1) Launch Netscape
2) Close Navigator window
3) Click on "Tasks" on menu bar; Mail appears twice on the list.

Observed on build 2001043009.

I see this on Macintosh build also.
In addition to seeing "Mail" in there twice, I see lots of items twice.  

This is what my Tasks menu looks like:

fixed. hiddenwindow.xul was including tasksOverlay.xul, which was already 
included from navOverlay.xul. doh!
