79635 - Imported IE favorites stopped working in Mozilla 0.9

I uninstalled 0.8.1 and installed 0.9 instead (browser component only).
Bookmarks were correctly imported, but anything on the "Imported IE favorites"
section refuses to work. Instead of connecting to the appropriate URL, you get
something like the following appearing in the browser window:

URL=http://slashdot.org/

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uninstall 0.9
2. Reinstall
3. Try and use an imported bookmark

Actual Results:  see above

Expected Results:  Connected to URL
