81850 - Imported IE bookmarks won't resolve URL's

Opening the bookmarks on the main menu doesn't show imported ie favourites. In
addition, the toolbar menu shows the bookmarks, but won't resolve them to URL's,
instead giving the page:

[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://amnesiax.net/
Modified=2046F96F65E0C001D4

or the page from the URL bookmarked.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on bookmarks.
2. Select imported IE favourites
3. Click on any given bookmark

Actual Results:  Recieved the page:

[DEFAULT]
BASEURL=http://amnesiax.net/

[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://amnesiax.net/
Modified=2046F96F65E0C001D4

in the main browser window.

Expected Results:  Retrieved the page bookmarked in IE.
