On this page, you have menu headings such as "General", "Connectivity", and
"Services". When you activate these menus with the mouse, submenus should
appear. They don't.

yep.  they are using hiermenus 3.x which uses proprietary extensions.  this
blocks 85104.  Over to evangelism.

Note: this site will not be evangelised until bug 90617 is fixed by the author
of hiermenus.
