**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox
2. Access [Jetlag page](http://jetlag.photos/)

**Expected result**
- Scrolling via mousewheel or touchpad is possible

**Actual result**
- Only dragging through pages work

**Regression range**
- Will see for a regression

**Additional notes**
- Firefox Nightly 88.0a1 is not affected
- macOS 10.15.7 doesn't seem affected at all
