We now have basic support for image-set, so we can probably enable it on all Firefox channels. Some work that is still outstanding, such as support for the [type() function](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1695404) and [parsing gradient types](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1696314) for both the `cursor` and `content`, but these probably don't need to block enabling the feature.
