In bug 1695622, support for the "defunct WebRender experiments" was removed. I understand that in that patch, the pref `gfx.webrender.all.qualified` stopped being read. This is the preference that was being used for [this rollout of WebRender to qualifying Intel devices](https://experimenter.services.mozilla.com/experiments/webrender-intel-rollout/). Because the preference stopped being used, and was never set to `true` by default, Normandy is still actively doing work to maintain the rollout value of a preference that is not relevant, and is still being listed in about:support for the users that were involved in the rollout. To fix this problem, we'll need to add that rollout to the list of rollouts that are obsolete.
