In bug 1676925, support for the "defunct WebRender experiments" was removed. I understand that in that patch, the pref gfx.webrender.all.qualified
stopped being read. This is the preference that was being used for this rollout of WebRender to qualifying Intel devices.
Because the preference stopped being used, and was never set to true
by default, Normandy is still actively doing work to maintain the rollout value of a preference that is not relevant, and is still being listed in about:support for the users that were involved in the rollout.
To fix this problem, we'll need to add that rollout to the list of rollouts that are obsolete.

Without this change, profiles that participated in the rollout that turned on WebRender for qualified Intel devices will continue to due extraneous work every start up to set the relevant preference, even though nothing is reading it. The information that the profile is active in the rollout also shows up in telemetry and about:support data unnecessarily.
