Bug 1828114 added a new help menu item for sending the user to SUMO for guidance on how to migrate data to a new device. The attribution codes that we originally landed were our best guess on what was appropriate, but we think we've converged on something better:

utm_content:  `help-menu`
utm_source:  `fx-new-device-sync`
utm_medium:  `firefox-desktop`
utm_campaign:  `migration`
