Actual behavior
The modal is not fully displayed and the Upload file and Cancel buttons are not visible.

I had to either change my Windows 10 display settings scale and layout [*] or change the Windows taskbar position from the bottom to the right and extend the Firefox window to the end of the screen to show the missing "Upload file" button. This has been the case for at least a number of weeks for me (en-US file uploads.)

[*] My Windows 10 laptop Display settings under Scale and layout have always been at the default "125% (Recommended)" setting. The bottom of the "Upload a New Media File" box is now cut off with this setting so the "Cancel" and "Upload File" buttons are missing. The buttons are shown if I change my Windows Display setting to 100% but that is not the preferred setting for my computer.
