Assuming that the theme is [Light Blue](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/light-blue-cool-colour/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search) theme (the colors in the screenshot and description match — it was white before the patch and sky blue after), mozregression points to bug 1984885.
