This is a follow-up bug of bug 1708263. We added a test to `browser_suppressFocusBorder.js` in this bug, but there is one error on Linux verify mode. But it seems that the error possibility to happen at any browser tests for urlbar, not particular for `browser_suppressFocusBorder.js`. In this bug, we aim to fix the underlying issue, then remove the `skip-if` for `browser_suppressFocusBorder.js`. When we can fix this, can proceed bug 1715544 as well.
