We just pushed 31.7.0 on the weekend.

help|about in version 31.6.0 doesn't offer 31.7.0. So it hasn't been pushed to channel yet, and I hope this bug report is probably invalid.

I reported bug 1166192 to see if we can handle this a better way.

with the update to 31.8.0 the bug is back.
I opened a bug report already before, but I guess this is the right place to re-open it
