The localized versions page still shows 31.6.0

The /thunderbird/all/ page shows 31.7.0 on my local testing server so it may be a caching issue.

Thunderbird Download page shows 31.7.0 for me, bit with a missing bracket in the button:
Windows (31.7.0, English (US)
Thunderbird all page shows 31.6.0 for all locales, also after reloading, and I'm sure it wasn't cached.

The bug itself is now fixed.
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all/ is correct. I had to force the update of the product details (like we do with Firefox).

I fixed the bracket issue in r141568. We have to wait for the cron to run to make sure it is fixed.

About the updates, these is a different bug.
