I lost the pop3 account, but I have a backup of inbox, I install Thunderbird
again, I configurate a account and then I paste the inbox folder from backup,
but I cant see the content of inbox folder in this new account. This account is
POP3.

Reproducible: Always
Did you only copy the "INBOX" file?
Summary: I cant see INBOX filder from backup → I cant see INBOX folder from backup
no, all the folder content, and infox folder is one of them. And another
subfolder like inbox.sbd, but all the sulfolders are empty.
Put only the extension-less files like Inbox, Sent etc. in the new account's
folder. Or try to delete the index files (*.msf, shutdown TB before).
