1. The sim manager should pop up upon boot if users change sim cards.
I think this issue should be in 1.4.

It's in UX spec v0.8. Are we sure it's for v1.4?
Kevin this seems to be untouched for a while, is this targeted to ship with the DSDS related requirements for 1.4 ?

is there any reason why this is needed in v.4? I dont see it being used in any feature and if this is not needed backlog it so any partner can contribute to this.
